First Corner - the Physical

In this corner, you would see all of the Physical things you put into your body or do with your body.  Your food, medications, some drinks or smoke?  Now imagine all of the clothes, shoes and other things you use to get out, walk, bike or workout.  And is your corner filled with exercise equipment, that you hardly use?  This is what your BODY wants and needs…  But, is your Body feeling Happy?  Or does it ache and tell you another story?

Second Corner - the Mind

In this corner of the room, you would see the Mental things that you put into your mind, in a year. Your thoughts, inspirations, ideals as well as some self doubts, insecurities and fears! Imagine, all of the great movies, some fun sit-coms or reality TV shows and also some crime dramas and terrible new stories too that your mind has seen and heard. Maybe your mind is filled with your desires, both fulfilled and unfulfilled? Is this what your MIND wants and needs? Ask yourself, is your Mind Happy? Or does it also ache and tell you another story?
